On tap at Schilling Cider House - PDX, served hot, pours clear amber copper, no head, with bits of oranges and clove. Aroma reveals heaps of clove upfront, followed by oranges, brown sugar and apples. Flavour is dry, with tons of clove, light oranges, and booze. Almost no sweetness, just spicy and warming. Pleasant.

On tap at Schilling Cider House - PDX, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a pleasant mix of grapefruit and light chili. Flavour is sweet, with lots of grapefruit juice upfront, with just a minor hint of chili. Sweet and ascorbic. Fun stuff, but far from elegant.

Slightly hazy light copper and orange coloured body with a large, but ridiculously fast-dying off-white head that shows more of a soda than a beer. Aroma of barf, throw-up, grain, alcohol, funk and fairly unpleasant things, with a touch of fruit-based sugars in the mix, but it takes a stretch to smell those over the barf. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong funky fruit flavours at first with the apples, pears, grain, alcohol and perhaps some oranges and guava around, but no sourness and definitely no passionfruit notes throughout, but no bitterness nor pungency from alcohol or funk noticeable. Aftertaste shows more of a plain apple/pear flavour and sweetness than anything else, but some lighter flavours open up from some funkiness, but not much, and only in a pretty decent/good way. Overall, a nice enough cider, once you can get past the really funky/assertive barf/throw-up scents noticeable up front, but showing some good sweetness and depth, but as typical for the style, no real complexities. Pounder: Ginger and grapefruit nose. Crystal clear golden. Ginger, apple, cinnamon. Medium body, easy carbonation. Rather like punch.

On tap slight haze deep golden small fine white head straight up cider and intense sweet apple aromas. A little light citrusy hop notes.

Apple, slightly cheesy funk nose. Clear pale yellow, no visible carbonation. Semi-sweet apple, funk at midpalate, mellow. Medium body, soft carbonation.

On tap at PDX only listed as Pineapple Passion. Pours a clear yellow color. A big sweet pineapple nose. Light tropical notes, some soft apple sweetness, dry base. Quite sweet and smooth overall.

On tap at the PDX location. Pours a clear orange color. A big fruity sweet nose. Dusty hops, big sweet peaches. Very smooth and soft. Solid. Perfume. Very nice.

On tap at the PDX location. Pours a clear yellow pink color. A big sweet pear nose. Soft sweet pear, nice smooth sweet apple skins. Light tart rhubarb. Very nice.

On tap in PDX. Pours a clear reddish hue with a small white bubble of head. A huge sweet fruity nose. Sweet cranberries, dark sweet juice, soft apples. Very good, huge cranberry.
