On tap at bier thirty. Pours out a pale straw topped with a small head. Nose is light apple some herbal spice. Taste is more of the light apple some funky herbal and a funky metallic end.

$3 can from Beer Run. Pours golden-grown with a small off-white head. Aroma is coffee grounds and apples. Flavor is coffee, horrendously sweet candied apple, copper/metal. I wanted to like this, but apparently apples and coffee don’t mix. Horrible.

On tap at woodland empire boise. Pours out a pale golden with a ring of a head. Nose is green apple and a light tartness. Taste is more of the green apple very dry.

Has there ever been a cider that sounds more appealing to my taste? Double digit abv, with Habenero? Sign me up. Clean, crystal clear golden pour with no head. Enjoyed on draft at Schilling Cider House, Seattle. Aroma is pepper heat, paired with cleaning product. A little scared, but still on board. Flavor is a heat that hits before the cider touches your lips, then grows. Amazing. Fruity cereal like flavor hidden begging the hot peppers. Pepper dominated, but much easier to drink than previous pepper cider offerings. Tastes like a froot loop cider, with hot peppers added. Scare people away, but of course, I still like it. Perfect? Far from. Good? Definitely.

Draft pour, enjoyed at Schilling Cider, Seattle. Pink tinted golden pour with a foam ring head. Flavor is really sweet up front, with an off combination of pear and apple. I don’t think the flavors were balanced to my ideal set here. To much sweet apple. Not enough rhubarb. Interesting for sure, but this didn’t quite work out for me. Odd.

Light gold, has a touch of apple, bit rotten, not really that good. Normally a semi-sweet would be nice, if it was clean.

On tap at Peddler, pours a crystal clear pale blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out lightly sweet green apples. Flavour is medium sweet, with green apples and medium sweetness. Nothing much going on here, but it's pleasant.

Draft pour at Schilling Cider, Seattle. Steven, to answer your question, I could drink a pint of this. Such a genuine spice. I took a drink of this, and waited several minutes between sips, and it was still burning pretty good. Not quite too hot, and very flavorful. 🔥. Clear pale apple pour with no head. Handle to heat aroma that clears the sinuses a bit. Flavor is very hot, just the way I like it. 5 stars at the Thai place. Perhaps the most dominant pepper beverage I’ve had. Okay, maybe a pint might be a bit much, but still, this is a crazy fun cider, and quite good. Does the Spice style include only beers? Don’t see why it should. Wow!

Tap. Near-transparent color with hardly any head. Aroma is burnt chili, hot already. Taste is habanero, chili catch, very very spicy, some wildness. Medium carbonation. It’s fun to try, but who would have a pint of this??? It’s plain habanero.

Tap. Clear red-purpleish color with no head. Aroma is pomegranate I suppose (haven’t eaten one in a long time), some red berries. Taste is tart, wild, but also rather sweet and very fruity, a bit oak vanilla and tannic as well in the finish. Medium carbonation with a bite. Very good, albeit rather sweet.
