Draft - Chili pepper jam and somelight apple sweetness. Clear gold. Chilli pepper and apple. Chilli is mainly up front, light Apple sweetness and a lingering heat on the throat.

On tap at Peddler Brewing. Pours a clear pink with small off white head. The aroma is strong pomegranate and apple skin. Thin body, pomegranate, pear, nice tartness, crisp, very good.

On tap at Odin’s Brewing. Pours a clear gold with tiny bubbles and no head. The aroma is apple, oak, pear. Thin body, apple skin, pear, light tartness, good.

Can. A- Rotten apples, club soda. A- Pale pink color, clear liquid, minimal fizzy head. T- Rotten apples, soda water, skunky. P- Light body, watery texture, high carbonation, astringent finish. O- Disgusting. Bought it thinking it would be interesting and loaded with rhubarb which I love. This was awful. Not a good thing about it and no rhubarb.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wood, medium sweetness and some perfumey notes. Flavour is quite woody and perfumey, with light-medium sweetness and ample perfumey character. Too perfumey. Meh.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours sort of perry color with a few white bubbles. Aroma has a smoke note. Med minus body. Flavor is a touch of cinnamon, some definite smokiness, and something making me think of calvados. Pretty smoky to me. Dry. I’m getting used to it.

Can: Sweet medium roast coffee aroma. Clear ruby brown. Earthy coffee and overripe apple, sweet. Light body, still. This is my first coffee cider that I can recall. The coffee and apple don’t seem to go well together, as expected. Creative, but not so good.
