On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear pale golden with no head. Aroma is uber dry, with dry leather and not much else. Flavour is dryer than the house cider, but not as bone dry as many dry ciders - light apples and a dry, almost astringent finish. Well-constructed and drinkable, though far from elegant. Decent one.

Can: Apple, dandelion, and pronounced oak nose, buttery on the edges. Clear yellow, still. Pear and apple, dandelion flavor. Not a lot of oak on the palate, but not lacking in complexity. A truly excellent cider. I’m really liking what I’ve seen from this cidery.

Can: Ginger nose. Pale greeninsh yellow, cloudy. Ginger and apple, a bit perfumey. Ialmost sense the presence of nutmeg in the finish. Just sweet enough to compliment the ginger. Very nice.

Bomber. Aroma is full of pumpkin pie spices along with the apples. Pours pale gold with no head; has a thin white ring of foam. Taste is full of those spices with clove really standing out; finishes with a lingering apple tartness. Oily mouthfeel, light carbonation, medium body. Really nice.

Apple, vanilla, and cinnamon nose. Pale golden, some visible carbonation. Dry, cinnamon, apple, and slight amount of funk, cardamon perhaps. A tasteful amount of nutmeg in the finnish. Body is very light and thin. Rather like a mulled Basque cider, but produced in the PNW. Very interesting and refreshing.

Cloudy red-pink color with some head. It has a nice fruity aroma, fresh; the flavor is fruity and it also has some vegetable juice flavor. Not too dry. Fresh and pleasant.

Can. 2.49$. Pours a clear golden color with a bubbly body. A sweet sugary nose, some super ripe apples. More sweetness in the flavor, really ripe, almost way too much, the back sweetening is big here, maybe some oak, but not a ton. Fleshy, oddly metallic. Hmmm. This is not a terrible cider, it finishes quite dry and more oak in the tail.

Supposedly this is a hopped cider, but it makes no mention of it anywhere on the label. There is long-winded description about the company on the back of the can, but not about the actual cider. Now there is a smartphone scanner thingie there, but shit, why couldn’t they condense that ego a bit & tell me something about their product?
Rounded pint glass. Ever so slightly hazed mellow gold body. Barely a twitch of movement.
Boozy, yeasty, banana & peach scent. More over-steeped green tea then hops.
Taste is harsh. Boozy, woody, estery. Acidy apples. Saline & banana. Old hops. Yeasty texture. Softly sweet. Dry, scruffy herbal finish. Subtle bubbles. Noticeable sulfites.
Could of been worse.
