Crisp deep ruby coloured body with a pink glow and an ultra-fast drying pure white head that leaves absolutely nothing on top. Aroma of citrus, light apples, pomegranate, cranberries and a touch of limes as well - nice and airy with a good bit of fruits as well. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong apples at first with a moderate amount of sweetness from brown sugar and even caster sugar with a touch of lighter citrus notes noticeable towards the end. Aftertaste is dry but full of fruity notes, predominately apples, with a dash of cranberries and light tartness noticeable. Overall, a nice and sweet, but flavourful cider with a tart cranberry and pomegranate note with a dry sweetness that shows some caramelisation along with a touch of citrus, but a smooth and easy-drinking cider makes this even nicer. Good to sample and a nice cider offering from the producer, again, that should be sampled for everyone of course who likes cider, but also those who like fruit beer, berliner weisse or even fruit-based lambics. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Total Wine in Fairfax, Virginia on 10-September-2017 for US$2,99 sampled at home in Washington on 10-April-2018.

Can. A- Passion fruit, peach, juice. A- Gold color, cloudy liquid, minimal head. T- Metal, iron, watery, pineapple, passion fruit, apple juice. P- Light body, average texture, high carbonation, slightly tart finish. O- I love passion fruit and pineapple so naturally I had to give this a shot. Haven't been impressed with any Schilling cider yet. Unfortunately it has a very strong metallic and iron taste. Has potential but not a good can.

On tap at Schilling Cider House - PDX, served hot, pours clear amber copper, no head, with bits of oranges and clove. Aroma reveals heaps of clove upfront, followed by oranges, brown sugar and apples. Flavour is dry, with tons of clove, light oranges, and booze. Almost no sweetness, just spicy and warming. Pleasant.
