Can from Total Wine Vegas. 10oz glass back at the hotel. Dark honey gold, some slight jellied haze. Off-white, lathery head that sticks around a little too long. Smells of bitter apple skin, pear sweetness, menthol, brown sugar. Bittersweets upfront, astringent, mixed with juicy dessert apple sweetness, good tart pucker, building acid, very slight caramel on the finish. Some thickness, great carbonation. ABV is just fine. Honestly good. Very surprised.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours clear, bright copper with a transient white head. Aroma seems a mix of apples. Approaching med body. Flavor is rather sweet/tart with a mix apples and some apple skin astringency. Nice flavor.

355ml can on a ranch in Fossil, Central Oregon. Bought from a Trader Joes in Seattle. Pours clear gold, aroma of sweet, green apple. Taste is crisp, sweet fruit, tart, clean with green apple.. alcohol seems mostly hidden though there are distant harsh metallic glimpses, a bit overly sweet. Not much apple character coming through. Fine.

An imperial cider aye? Thick gold pour. Nose isntart green apple and tannic fruit. Taste of green apples, white wine, little booze, some yeast. Thick mouthfeel. Almost a sipping brandy except carbonated.

Aromas are the best part here but not by much with apples and spices. Flavors are pretty much straight forward tart apples.
