Can @ LaserWolf. Pint glass. Fun artwork. Pretty basic semi-clear, frothy gold pour. Smell is candied red grapefruit. Inviting but not quite natural. Tart, mostly lime upfront, with unfermented red grapefruit entrails. Back sweetened if you will. Dessert apple essence once the chaos clears up. Malic acid on the full stop finish. Lingering sharp apples & lime. Burps are all fresh concentrated ruby red & some odd vanilla. Meh to okay. I want some semblance of apples. Tasty alcopop.

Super clear coloured light golden coloured body with a very subdued pink glow, all without a head, which is expected, of course. Aroma of crisp apples, a bit of lemon and light citrus fruit with a slight bitter and super funky scent of the grapefruit here - more candied than fresh. Light-bodied; Super funky, floral and perfumey quality up front in the taste with a lot of grapefruit, but way more candy, caster sugar and artifical fruit flavours here that bring out a bit of the tart apples towards the end, but too much funky and cloying notes to make it crisp and coherent. Aftertaste shows more of the funky sugar and fruit notes than anything of the grapefruit or apples, even - this really is all over the place with a candy-like and slightly tart/soured note, but a lot of cloying notes which don't let this go down so easily, but at least it is sweet. Overall, while this wasn't my favourite cider from the producer, there have been much worse offerings in the cider category, with this being one of the contenders, but not quite at that [bad] level. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Union Creek Resort in Crater Lake, Oregon on 30-March-2021 for US$2,95 sampled at my house here in Washington on my oldest daughter's birthday on 16-October-2021 - Happy 9th Birthday Claire!

16 oz. Aroma is very Fresca. Maybe a hint of apple. Pours clear pale gold with an immediately collapsing crackly head. Taste is very tart, lightly sweet, with flavors of grapefruit, apple, alcohol. Lightly dry. Pretty tasty.

355ml can from the local Trader Joes, Seattle U-District. Thought it was a grapefruit and chilli beer at first. It's not. Pale yellow appearance. Fresh grapefruit juice on the nose. Medium to light body. Vibrant grapefruit character, tart with a medium bitterness, no apple fruit coming through at all. Fine alcoholic grapefruit drink.

Draft at Red Cypress. Pours clear pale straw color with white head. Aromas of grapefruit and apples. Slightly tart and bitter grapefruit flavor with some sweet apples. Light body with minimal carbonation.

Not a bad cider but the grapefruit component doesn't quite blend well with the apple cider part. Sweet, tart and drinkable.

On tap pours out crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is very nice sweet candy grapefruit notes. Tatse is more of the nice crisp grapefruit sweetness.

On tap at Schilling Cider House - PDX, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a pleasant mix of grapefruit and light chili. Flavour is sweet, with lots of grapefruit juice upfront, with just a minor hint of chili. Sweet and ascorbic. Fun stuff, but far from elegant.

Pounder: Ginger and grapefruit nose. Crystal clear golden. Ginger, apple, cinnamon. Medium body, easy carbonation. Rather like punch.

On tap at the PDX location. Pours a clear yellow color. A big funky fruity nose. Big citrus, round sweet ginger, sugary pineapple. Solid.
