On tap at Toronado Seattle, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out a good balance of bourbon and ginger. Flavour is well-balanced, bringing out lots of fresh ginger with just enough bourbon. Nice balance here. Good stuff.

12 oz can poured. Pours a pale cloudy yellow with a quick fading head. Sweet soapy lemon and ginger aroma. Ginger ale like, with a much thicker body. Semi refreshing, and soda like. More sprite like than apple cider. Interesting, unique take on the style. Bonus points for being unique. Other than that, it was alright.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe, as "Chaider" at 6.5%. Pours hazy orange gold with bubbles. Spicy aroma. A bit of what’s in pie spice + other things. Near med body. Flavor is spicy, followed by apple skin. Then I think of apple pie. Tasty stuff.

On tap at Hop 'n Headz, pours a cloudy white with a small white head. Aroma smells like a ginger soda, with lots of carbonation. Flavour brings out lots of ginger with medium sweetness. Gimmicky cider - not bad just not complex or really what one is looking for in a craft cider.

Very clear pale golden coloured body with hints of grey and clear water. Aroma of nice pale apples, yeast, metal, oak, pears ,flowers and way more apples. Light apple flavour with some yeast, dry wood, flowers and oddly enough, oak noticeable. Aftertaste is clean but very drying with the oak and flowers front and centre with a touch of apple sweetness, but a nicely layered and still pungent cider. Overall, one of the better ciders i’ve had recently and a good option for those seeking something different from the style. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Whole Foods in Alexandria (Old Town), Virginia on 28-December-2014 for US$2,99 sampled at home in Washington on 03-March-2015.

On tap at Republic. Pours a hazy very pale yellow with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a decent amount of acid bite with a bit of sweetness and ginger underlying. Flavor is much sweeter with apple and ginger notes and a touch of acid.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Hazy blond color with small head. The aroma is fruity, lightly spicy. Semi-sweet mouthfeel, flavor of apple juice and stewed apples, with a delicate cinnamon touch.
The sweetness, and the moderation using the spices, make this one one of the most drinkable ciders from Schilling.

On tap at St Augustine's, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out pumpkin spices, nutmeg and cinnamon. Flavour is quite nice, bringing out pumpkin spices, along with apples, and even some Christmas spice. Medium sweetness and high drinkability. Surprisingly nice stuff.

Can with "Dry Hopped" in small letters. From Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours light gold with no significant head. Definite apple "cider" aroma. Med minus body. It’s a bit tart - there might be hops in this - certainly seems a little hoppy compared to most ciders. But this is far from a hop bomb. Very tasty and pleasant tho. Better than oh so many ciders.
