On tap at Republic. Pours a hazy very pale yellow with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a decent amount of acid bite with a bit of sweetness and ginger underlying. Flavor is much sweeter with apple and ginger notes and a touch of acid.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Hazy blond color with small head. The aroma is fruity, lightly spicy. Semi-sweet mouthfeel, flavor of apple juice and stewed apples, with a delicate cinnamon touch.
The sweetness, and the moderation using the spices, make this one one of the most drinkable ciders from Schilling.

On tap at St Augustine's, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out pumpkin spices, nutmeg and cinnamon. Flavour is quite nice, bringing out pumpkin spices, along with apples, and even some Christmas spice. Medium sweetness and high drinkability. Surprisingly nice stuff.

Can with "Dry Hopped" in small letters. From Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours light gold with no significant head. Definite apple "cider" aroma. Med minus body. It’s a bit tart - there might be hops in this - certainly seems a little hoppy compared to most ciders. But this is far from a hop bomb. Very tasty and pleasant tho. Better than oh so many ciders.

Can from Haggen’s Grocery, Woodinville
Blond color. Light aroma. The mouthfeel is a bit softer than usual, maybe sweeter in its dryness, moderate acidity, not much apple flavor, maybe some oak, and a metallic finish.
Messy.

12 oz. can, pours a clear lightly yellow-tinged clear colour with no head. Nose brings out cheap apple juice and some woody notes. Flavour is simplistic, with lots of cheap apple juice and very light oak. Very cheap and simplistic. Drinkable enough, with a lightly tart (not in a good way) finish. Not very nice.

Bomber from Beer Run. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a lot of visible carbonation. Thin head. Aroma of grapefruit, ginger, apples and a bit of earth. The taste is grapefruit, white wine, ginger, tart apples and a faint bit of bubblegum. Thin bodied, mild lingering tartness. Disjointed and a little weird.
