On tap at Airways, pours a clear yellowy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite unique, with notes of wild honey, a touch of grassiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with honey, light citric notes, and grassiness. Really well-balanced and drinkable. Quite complex as well for a cider. Very enjoyable stuff.

On tap @ Bad Jimmy’s during 7/5/2014 Seattle beer tour. Pours a bit pale yellow appearance with a thin white head. Aroma is full of apple juice and juicy fruits. Not very complex noise. The flavor is lightly tart, red apple, and a bit pulpy. Pretty easy drinking but just about as simple as a cider can be.

Draught at Flyers Restaurant & Brewery, Oak Harbor
The color is almost transparent, water with light yellow shade. Some green apple aroma. Semi dry, with light apple flavor and mild acidity, it reminds me of a schörle (mix of apple juice and carbonated water). Not bad, but pretty useless.

Can. Green apple aroma. Decent cider, although a little on the bland side. Long sour apple flavor and finish. Goes down very nice and easy. Sweet. I can enjoy this.

6.5% apple cider on tap at Kamikaze. An incredibly light straw gold color. A fruity apple nose, definitely living up to the semi-sweet name. Easy drinking great stuff. I had it after a beer heavy Christmas Tasting so it made a nice change. The color is incredibly pale so it looked funny to me in a pint glass but in a wine glass it looked just fine & tasted great. It seemed to be popular at the bar with tons of Japanese people giving it a try including the owners of other bars that have it on tap too!
