On tap at Structures, pours a deep dark mahogany / dark brown with a tiny beige head. Aroma brings out a wonderful bourbon character, along with dried dark fruits and bready toffee. Flavour is rich and intense, with huge, complex bourbon barrel notes, dark dried fruits, toffee, and brown sugar. Heavy sweet but not cloying and in keeping with the big bourbon notes. Excellent.

On tap at Structures, pours black with a small tan head. Nose is full of hazelnuts, banana and bourbon in good cohesion. Flavour is extremely rich but not brutal, with lots of banana upfront, accentuated by bourbon and a hint of toasted nuts. Very rich but again, not brutal — finishing sweet, bourbony and banana-y. Wonderful.

On tap at Structures, pours an opaque pink with almost no head. Aroma is sweet and fruity, with lots of orange, banana, strawberry and mango, along with lactose. Flavour is very fruity, tart and moderately sweet, with lots of berries, mango, lactose, and banana. Very tasty smoothie blend here.

On tap at Structures, pours a cloudy peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out tropical fruit pith, some dank hops, and earthiness. Flavour is juicy and minimally chalky, with lots of bitter stone fruit pith, dank hops, citrus zest, and light earthiness. Well-hopped, very juicy and tropical. Very good.

On tap at Structures, pours a clear copper amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out bready malt and toasted nuts. Flavour is very smooth and malty, with lots of bready malt, toasted nuts, a little toasted caramel and earthiness. Really authentic and well-made. Excellent.

Draft 12 oz pour at Special Brews. Bright, dense, glowing orange juice haze, tons of sticky head and lacing. Cool and inviting stone fruit aroma. Really grabs your attention. Aromatic brew. Flavor is quite intense, with tons of hop burn, almost acidic her. Citrus and stone fruit with a slow burn bitter constant. Sharp first sip. Keep thinking this will smooth out, but maybe they aim for this beer to be a constant reminder that it's not a light brew. Overall an intriguing imperial. Lots of good things going on, but this one is definitely aggressive.
