12oz @ Ryan's shared with Farees. Appearance: brown with no head. Aroma: boozy, cold coffee, sweetness, and some chocolate. Taste: along the same lines, like a BBA cold coffee beer with chocolate. Overall: good one.

Opaque, big thick head. Blueberry, raspberry, a bit of allium on the nose. Medium bitterness, the hops on the palate go more in the hop burn not so bright direction.

Poured from 750mL bottle (cellared since at least 2019; bottle says 6.2% abv). Active slow foam oozing upon opening. Hazed bright yellow gold with big white head. Funky brett nose, dry peppery saison yeast. Quite nice. Probably benefited from the cellaring. Enjoyable, solid beer.

Bottle. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is vanilla, cocoa, wood. Slick body, vanilla, dark chocolate, boozy, very nice.

750ml @ Sales Force. Appearance: nice dark brown with a weak brown head. Aroma: lots of vanilla, bourbon barrels, dark fruits, and toffy. Taste: thick, moderately sweet, lots of barrels and vanilla. Overall: pretty good, but it's a bit weird IMHO, probably the blending did not work perfectly.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Dark brown with small beige head. Bourbon forward with some vanilla and chocolate. Decent, but think the blend of barley wine and stout could have been better integrated.

750mL bottle, pours jet black with a tiny tan head. Aroma is quite complex, with intense bourbon barrels, shitloads of vanilla beans, and toasted caramel. Flavour is extremely rich, with intense vanilla beans, over-the-top bourbon barrels, and some caramel. That's a lot of caramel, vanilla beans, and bourbon barrels. Really nice blend, with a sweet, bourbon-heavy finish with tons of vanilla beans.

Dark brown. On the nose, lots of bourbon, some spicy wood notes. The body is fairly thin for the size, but carries more spice, and there's a deep bit of wood character and soft chocolate. Some interesting flavours, which has a bit of fruity depth, more chocolate and just tons of bourbon.

Draft, side pour to adimpled mug, enjoyed at Structures. Jet black pour, lasting cola fizz head. Flavorful dry stout, soft cocoa notes, moderate roast, smooth cool finish. Slick body, cream texture, smooth and easy drinking. Good choice for when you want to taste your beer, and also have 4 of them. Excellent stout.
