Pinkish and opaque, medium head, hoppy and raspberry, nice! Touch of juicy acidity, again that works well. Light alcohol kicks in a bit in the finish. Very good.

Amber and bright, medium head. Earthy hop nose, solid centennial, amarillo -nostalgic for the 00s -ok nice bitterness on this, too. I'm digging this.

Opaque as fuck. Just a thin head. This has pretty harsh burn, not much malt, ha just citra burn. Not to my taste. I mean citra burn, c'mon.

Hazy, thick head. Amber. Lots of centennial on the nose. Toasty, bright, quite bitter, a bit yeasty as well, hits the hop well. Apparently centennial came in early this year so this was the first fresh hop I had.

Draft pour at Structures, Holly. Glowing peachy reddish Ora ge pour, smoothie color without the density. No head. Pineapple mango orange juice with little else to describe. It's fruit forward, and fruit all around. Very juicy, with a cool and refreshing finish. Tasty, but feels kinda weird to rate this on a beer rating site, as it hardly resembles. Not even sure how they pulled this off.

Draft pour at Structures, Holly, presented on nitro. Chocolate brown pour with a slight copper tint. Lots of maple bar doughnut and a little chocolate to pair. Quite sweet and flavorful. Slight coffee roast to follow, but the sweetness overpowers. Total dessert compared to everything else on the list here. Usually avoid the style, but the cocoa, coffee, maple, and nitro all worked well together here. Very nice.

Draft pour enjoyed at Structures. Dense juicy golden orange haze. Smooth taste, melon and mixed tropical character. Soft hop burn late on the palate, but ultimately ends on a cool and refreshing orange, juicy note. Love the melon and tropical character on this, as it's not overpowering. Good hazy overall.

Draft 10 oz pour at Structures, Holly. Clean, crisp, shiny golden pour. Active fizz head, lots of sticky lacing. Cool, refreshing taste. Straw grains, gentle mineral, cool finish. Very clean all around. Crusher of a helles. Delicious addition to what has become a somewhat larger lager selection here at Structures.

Draft 10 oz pour at Structures, Holly St. First visit! Clean and crisp golden pour, thin oily head, sticky lacing. Slight dank, grassy hop nose. Crisp flavorntonstart, resinous grassy hops. Hint of a berry note on the palate. Cool finish, a little pine resinous linger. Super easy drinking west coast, but the bite is there. Well put together. Love this.
