On tap at Structures, pours a hazy bright golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out grainy notes, light esters, and a touch of rustic notes. Flavour is rustic and grainy, with some rustic farmhouse notes, toasted dry grains, and crisp biscuity malt. Dry, rustic and grainy. Pleasant stuff.

On tap at Structures, pours an opaque peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of chalk, stone fruit pithiness, and citrus hops. Flavour is rather murky, with lots of earthy hops, chalk, light hopburn, and yeast soup. Standard muddled up hazy, with little in the way of unique hop expression. Not great but not the worst of the chalk offenders out here.

On tap at Structures, pours a totally opaque muddy peachy orange, no head. Aroma brings out lots of pineapple and oranges, with lots of pith and a touch of coconut. Flavour is thick as hell, with intense coconut, followed by oranges, pineapple, and sweetness. Loads of oranges, coconut and pineapple. Intensely fruity, not really any tartness, and plenty sweet. Fun stuff.

On tap at Structures, pours an opaque cloudy muddy yellow with a small white head — man does that look terrible. Aroma is loaded with hopburn, chalk galore, and pithiness. Flavour is loaded with chalk, with juicy stone fruits, hopburn, yeast soup, and murky earthiness. Pretty much your standard garbage hazy — muddled, hops are obscured, with insane chalkiness. No good.

On tap at Structures, pours a clear pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out grassy hops, herbal notes, and biscuity malt. Flavour is clean and bright, with a nice punchy grassy hop character, followed by straw, and crisp biscuity malt. Bright, nicely hopped and punchy. Very good.

Trub style. Med head. Lots of galaxy on the nose…it’s green. Malts are thin, hops are harsh, and the lack of sugars gives too much room for the alcohol to dominate. This is too far on the side of unbalanced slurry for me.

Gold and bright. Fresh pale malt with a slight biscuity note, mellow leafy hop brings a touch of grapefruit and a hint on pear. Light esters. Moderate bitterness. Balanced, rock solid.

Clear dark brown to black beer, no head. Aroma: deep roast, caramel, dark chocolate, lots of alcohol, sugary impression. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of coconut, very sugary, alcohol, sweet, more coconut, sugary, some chocolate, caramel, pretty boozy, still coconut. Aftertaste: roasted, alcohol, sugary, coffee notes, more roast, chocolate notes, lots of alcohol.

Pitch black, huile de moteur, huileux dorée au verre, col moka fin.
Arôme est sur le malté, noix de coco assez présente, bsicuité avec ce caractère olfactif de cookie dough, et encore un retour marqué sur la chocolat entre noir et brun, finement amer.
Palais est épais/slick oily, chocolaté profond, pas mal de notes de noix de coco toastées, collant aux lèvres, effet pastry mais sans être surfait.
