Black colour, oily, no head. Decadent chocolate aroma, enriched with some vanilla. Full bodied, sweet, it starts with dark chocolate, some cacao, some vanilla, spirit, bourbon in the finish; it's bold but well constructed.

Pitch black colour, thick, with a few floaties. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, cacao, alcohol. Full bodied, rich sweet chocolate flavour, caramel, some burnt sugars, vanilla, a touch of toasted nuts and red berries; some more coffee and roast in the finish; it's bold and balanced.

750ml (thx Tom B.! for picking it up and keeping it during the initial waves of COVID) shared with Ryan @ Alex's. Appearance: dark brown with almost no head. Aroma: loads of vanilla, chocolate, and bourbon. Taste: along the same lines with different layers of vanilla with chocolatey and bourbony finish. Overall: very nice.

Taste: thick, nice mix of marshmallow, chocolate, bourbon, and vanilla. Finishes with some fruity and a bit of berries notes. Overall: very nice.

On tap at Structures, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma is loaded with vanilla beans and cocoa upfront, accentuated by deep bourbon barrels. Flavour is sublime, with a pretty amazing depth of vanilla beans, followed by cocoa, and bourbon barrels. Really high-quality adjuncts in here, lending perfectly to the barrel aged character. Just wonderful.

On tap at Structures, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is lush and complex, with intense coconut, moderate maple syrup, and dark cocoa. Flavour is a coconut bomb, with intense coconut and macaroon, accentuated by a touch of maple syrup. Lush, viscous and oily palate with wonderful depth and perfectly integrated. Top-notch pastry stout.

On tap at Structures, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is somewhat chalky and rather dank in the hop department, with soft pillow wheat. Flavour is dank and somewhat sweet, with dank hops, sweet malt, and citrus. Sweet and dank finish with good balance. Solid.
