Description
Our mission has been to produce vibrant, quality and innovative beer with a truly authentic team of humans since 2015. Structures Brewing was founded by James Alexander after spending years working at breweries in Washington, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
In 2021, forces were joined when Bryan Cardwell partnered with James. Bryan comes from a background of world class brewing experience in Washington and Oregon. Together they have meshed their skills of brewing great hoppy beer and lager beer... while also loving to explore the realms of curiosity in Imperial Stouts, Barleywines and Smoothie Sours.

Black colour. Mild chocolate and vanilla aroma. Full bodied, it's quite thick, with chocolate flavour, spirit, some vanilla, boozy finish. Not sure about the coconut.
Not the most complex Ultra Imperial Stout, but it delivers enough enjoyment.

16 oz. bottle, pours an opaque peachy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is juicy and fruity, with lots of juicy stone fruits, citrus hops, and gentle dankness. Flavour is juicy, with lots of pithy stone fruits, citrus hops, and plenty of chalky. Quite a chalky palate. There's some great hops and juiciness here, but the palate is greatly diminished by the muddled chalkiness. Good but nothing more.

Black colour, almost no head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, vanilla, amaretto, alcohol. Good body structure, moderate sweetness, it's actually less thick than Imperial Stouts we are getting used to; prominent coffee flavour, bitter almonds, warming alcohol.
Very good.
