Description
Our mission has been to produce vibrant, quality and innovative beer with a truly authentic team of humans since 2015. Structures Brewing was founded by James Alexander after spending years working at breweries in Washington, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
In 2021, forces were joined when Bryan Cardwell partnered with James. Bryan comes from a background of world class brewing experience in Washington and Oregon. Together they have meshed their skills of brewing great hoppy beer and lager beer... while also loving to explore the realms of curiosity in Imperial Stouts, Barleywines and Smoothie Sours.

Draft 10 oz pour at Structures, Bellingham. Hazy, orange juice pour with a cream foam head and lacing. Vanilla, cream, citrus hop aroma. Extremely inviting. Flavor extends on that, with a juicy, creamy constant, but still keeps a citrus bite to it. Smooth, citrus fruit long linger. Very pleasant, and unique IPA. Enjoyed this.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma brings out loads of fresh coffee, with a touch of vanilla and fairly low roasted malt. Flavour is deep, full of a great blend of coffee and vanilla. Moderate roast body to provide structure. Lovely stuff.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours an opaque cloudy bright yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out dank hops, tropical fruity juiciness, some light pith and biscuity malt to back. Flavour is massive, with loads of dank hops, some pot, and tropical fruity juiciness. Really well-made. Juicy, dank finish. Excellent.

Taster at Elizabeth Station. Pours a murky blonde with a white head. Aroma is a little bit dirty, dank, with tropical fruits notes. Taste is similar with some piney hops. Despite it is quite dirty as others Structures stuff it is quite nice.

Draft 10 oz pour at Structures, Bellingham. A fun IPA here. All I knew about it when ordering it, is that it had a crazy hop bill. Alright, I guess Iβll try it. Thick, milky golden orange juice pour with a thin fizz head. About as juicy as a beer can possibly appear. A ton of orange and mango like flavor. Grain forward aroma. A good carb. Full of flavor. Cool and creamy. Didnβt even pick up a hint of rye trying it, but I bet if I went back, I would wonder how I missed it. Overall, very good stuff here.

Draft 10 oz pour during my visit to Structures last week. Very hazy pour. Lemonade hazy. Surprised for some reason. Huge aroma of vanilla, soft grains and sturdy hops. Creamy flavor, huge hop character, bitter linger. Thick cream finish. Not a typical imperial in any way. Flavorful, with a lighter, refreshing side to a big beer. Nice.

Draft 10 oz pour at Structures. Mostly clear, slight golden pour. Pils like grain aroma, with a brett funk. Very unexpected for an imperial IPA, but Iβm totally on board with it. Flavor is dry, with some funky brett constant, some fruity hops hidden underneath. Good carb, a slight apple to it. Solid bite. Very fun beer here. Nailed what they were going for, and in my opinion, it worked.

Draft pour pint at Structures, Bellingham. A hazy, yellow pour with a ton of lasting fizz head. Huge Belgian impressions here, very flavorful saison. A bit of an odd, spicy, straw like aroma. Some banana, wheat, more spice, but remains cool and refreshing. Very unique. Fun, enjoyable beer here.

Hazy pale. Bright fruity aroma. Bitter palate, lots of hop, again quite bright and fruity, with a little bit of yeastiness. Delicious.
