On tap at Stoup - Ballard, pours a minimally hazy blonde with a huge, foamy, white head. Aroma is legit, with lots of spicy Saaz hops, plenty of straw, and a touch of doughy malt. Flavour has a nice spicy hop character, with a touch of grass, some straw, and a crisp crackery malt finish. Could still use more hop bitterness, but this is brewed nicely to style. Very solid.

On tap at Stoup - Ballard, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has gentle dank hops, some pine, some mineraly notes. Flavour seems to downplay the Galaxy: there's lots of toasted grains and mineraly notes, then the somewhat dank hops come in, along with some gentle tropical fruitiness. Solid, but far from their best.

On tap at Stoup - Ballard, pours a clear amber golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice, lightly sweet malt character, exuding notes of dry toffee and bready malt, but attenuated properly. Flavour follows through, with lots of dry bready malt, dry toffee, and a touch of mineraly notes. Dialed in right, fermented properly, with good balance and nice malt expression. Very good.

On tap at Stoup - Ballard, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has moderately dank hops, some tanginess, a little green melon, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is dank and oily, with plenty of green melon, tropical fruity hops, light pine, and gentle dankness. Fruitier than expected, with a nice white wine hop tang on the finish from the Nelson and Hallertau, I assume. Very good, though atypical for Stoup's WCIPAs.

On tap at WABF 2024, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma reveals lots of bitter grassy hops, gentle tang, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is a bit crunchy, with lots of vegetal notes, grassiness, and crisp biscuity malt. A bit too crunchy and vegetal. Surprisingly underwhelming.

Draft pour enjoyed at Stoup, Ballard. Clean and clear shiny golden pour. Full finger of lasting dense foam head. Very creamy body despite the crisp appearance. Bready grains complimented with a cool melon hop. Clean palate. Gentle fruit notes. About as smooth and easy drinking as the style gets. Love this.

Draft pour at Stoup, Ballard. Classic IPA flight presented in the way IPAs should be. These guys get it. Clean golden appearance. Active carb, full coat of cream foam head. Tons of piney hop character exploding from this. A little on the boiled vegetables side as well, but a buried layer. Aroma is a perfect balance of piney hops and biscuit grain. Impressionable bitter hop heavy palate. Delicious brew.
