375ml can from BWS Rockdale Plaza. Clear very pale yellow colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of apple, sulphury note. Taste is sweet, apple, green apple, some core, sugary, with mellow acidity. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet green apple finish. OK.

330ml can from BWS Rockdale Plaza. Hazy pale yellow colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of ginger ale. Taste is sweet, gingery, tangy, spiced, citric, with some tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet gingery finish. Quite OK

375ml can into schooner glass. From BWS, Glen Innes. Pours clear amber with very high carbonation. Solid white head. Nose is light grain and malt. Taste is light grain, flat mouthfeel, medium body. Finish is very light tin and sourness. Unfortunately the lingering aftertaste gets increasingly unpleasant and ruins an otherwise adequate lager.

(Can) Pours clean straw with slight green hue and quickly vanishing loose white head. Disappointing and subtle aroma of citrus and cardboard. Light body with fine carbonation. Unpleasant taste. Grain, cardboard, some citrus and a little bitterness in finish. Very disappointing.

350ml can into glass. From BWS, Springfield. Crystal clear amber beer with a thin white head. High fine carbonation. Unusual fruit nose, slight bubblegum/durian notes. Zingy, light body. Typical hollow Asian Lager. Harsh finish.

330ml bottle into tall lager glass. From BWS, Glen Innes. Packaging is black and gold, looks posh. Crystal clear amber with thin white head and medium carbonation. Aroma of cheap malt and distant pepper. Touch of caramel, lightly effervescent. Slightly bitter and sour to finish. Pretty much a classic premium 'euro-lager', nice and drinkable. Also totally forgettable.

375ml can into shaker. From BWS, Glen Innes. Looks like orange juice. It's so effervescent it is hard to smell. But eventually overripe mangoes and alcohol make an appearance. Taste is mango juice. Tastes like a breakfast juice with underlying alcohol. One is more than enough.
