Shared 750 ml clear bottle, probably from Vinmonopolet. Hazy straw colour, moderate carbonation. \"Raw\" aroma and flavour with a fruity acidity of sour apples. Can't detect the grapes.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold-orange with bits of yeast that sink to the bottom and a small, creamy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of grainy malt, bread, indistinct fruit, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy malt, caramel, indistinct fruit, bitter grass, herbal and floral hops with a dry, slightly sour finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Meh.

Dieser Ursprung wertvollen Getreides liegt in unserer Biodynamischen Landwirtschaft im burgenländischen Seewinkel. Einkorn, Dinkel und Emmer sind die ältesten Getreide der Welt und gelten als Vorläufer heutiger Weizenarten. EInkorn bestimmt den fein-würzigen, zart-nussigen Geschmack. Es weist deutlich höhere Gehalte an Mineralstoffen und Aminosäuren auf und zählt zu den erlesensten Getreiden.
