Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass modest turbid, small head. Starts dry, malty, a bit yeasty. More and more spicy. Finish a bit moldy, but still okay. Quite drinkable. Not bad!

Gering säuerlicher Malzbeginn mit schwachen Hefenoten. Dieser nussige, sehr harmonische Eindruck bleibt gestehen. Später etwas herber, minimal trocken. Dann etwas säuerlicher, das Malz ist nur noch ebenbürtig. Gute Erfrischung! 12/11/12/11/9/11

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts dry and more and more moldy. Sourish-grasy notes, modest spicy. Finish dry-floury. Not so good.

Botle looks okay. Beer in the glass very zippy, nice head. Starts fruity, modest sweet. Some notes of lemon. More and more dry. Finish could be more intense. Okay.

Herber, gering süßer Beginn mit geringer aber steigender Würze. Diese ist vor allem nicht aufstrebenden Hopfennoten präsent, die das Bier im Mittelteil rund und angenehm erscheinen lassen, später vollmundig, leicht bitter. Zuweilen grasig. Nett! 10/10/11/11/9/11

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting - Ulfborg ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dry, grassy, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120218]

Herber, angenehm hopfiger Beginn. Im Verlauf süßlich, leicht grasig, stimmig. Deutlich würziger wird das Bier zum Ende hin, vollmundige Herbe, zu der die Grasnoten exzellent passen. Nicht schlecht! 9/11/11/11/9/11

Hefiger, leicht grasiger Beginn. Schnell wird das Bier laffer, gering herb und bitter. Süffig aber wenig aromatisch, zum Ende nochmal hefiger, was angenehm ist, es mangelt aber an Spritzigkeit. 13/9/9/7/8/8
