Description
In 1852 Ludwig Bauhöfer founded the brewery. He knew that the people in the region particularly appreciate quality and regional specialities when it comes to eating and drinking, and his beer soon became so popular that the small family business developed into one a modern brewery after only a few years.
Today we can look back on a long brewing tradition that has grown over generations. The popularity of Ulmer beers has not changed to this day and the specialties of the family brewery make new friends every day.

Delicious malty taste, the alcohol is well concealed. In the central part quite spicy for a Doppelbock, the aftertaste is slightly too weak.

Slightly malty Antrunk, tender, sweet, little roasted malt, more chocolaty, harmless outlet (no bitterness), light dark - I enjoyed it!

The non-alcoholic wheat beer is minimal fruity and naturally easy to drink. All in all, a successful non-alcoholic wheat beer.

Very very good wheat beer, not too bitter. Could perhaps be a bit tangy, but otherwise nothing to complain about

After the first sip I was not thrilled. But was getting better, although I really do not like bitter beers so much. A good beer!

Bottle looks good, but I dont like that twist-off caps. Beer in the glass light golden, nice head. Starts mild, modest dry, in the finish more and more grasy-spicy, modest sourish. Well balanced and quite drinkable. Nice!

Bottle. Sweet hay and barley malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with large white head and moderate effervescence. Mildly sweet barley malt and hay flavor. Medium body. Not bad - decent bottled Kellerbier.
