Salome and Stephan as a part time project. After many years of home brewing,
they decided in 2016 to go one step further and finally start brewing
without catskin in their equipment. In a country dominated by boring beers
they would like to brew authentic beer styles from around the world,
especially Belgium. Their beers have a strong focus on drinkability rather
than being super special with extraordinary ingredients. Do you call this
innovative? Maybe, maybe not. But occasionally everybody likes something
familiar.

Appearance: Overflowed when opening, and continued to overflow until half of it was gone. Poured a glass and the bottle was still overflowing with just a quarter of the beer left in it. How’s that even possible? Under the huge off-white head, some hazy orange golden beer. Aroma: Nice fruits, tropical. Some light hops and sprinkles of malt. Taste: Light fruits, some light malt and good hops. Some nice lingering bitterness. Bought: Garosch, 500 ml, CHF 5.90 Info: 23/11-2018, BB: 30/4-2019

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy deep golden, rich head. Distinct aroma of pears and marmelade. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Pears, marmelade and notes of marzipan. Low bitterness. Pleasant, uncomplicated and laid back.
