Salome and Stephan as a part time project. After many years of home brewing,
they decided in 2016 to go one step further and finally start brewing
without catskin in their equipment. In a country dominated by boring beers
they would like to brew authentic beer styles from around the world,
especially Belgium. Their beers have a strong focus on drinkability rather
than being super special with extraordinary ingredients. Do you call this
innovative? Maybe, maybe not. But occasionally everybody likes something
familiar.

Pours clear, medium dark blonde. Small white head. Scent is full, very trypical and pronounced saison yeast. Dry, hay, pepper, sharp, mild citrus. Taste is medium full, quite hoppy, dry, mild bitterness. Hidden touch of acidity almost. Very full maltyness. Could be improved a bit by a more pronounced dry (ans especially bitter-) ness. Gentle carbo. Smooth and enjoyable. Apparently brewed with applejuice added, which I didn't perceive in my (blind) taster.

Pours a darker orangeblonde. Hazy. Not much head. Scent is rich, full, intense continental (earthy and herbal) hops. Target hops come to mind - which is a good thing to me. Taste is full, fairly bitter, earthy and herbal once again. Yet it has a sweet side to it, and some red fruit, even a touch of Passion fruit aroma, which didn't show in the scent and makes a fun little surprise.

Pours slightly hazed blonde. Creamy white head. Scent is sharp, light, mild malty, crisp. Taste is very light and fresh, crisp maltyness. Super drinkable. Tad earthy hops, long lasting bitter finish. Very decent, not as fruity as hoped perhaps.

Pours an unclear yellow, small white head. Scent is candy-fruity (medium loud) . Mild DMS it seems, smooth malty base. Taste is fairly creamy, mild bitterness. Tad herbal and green. Minor fruity hops. Not as sweet as expected. Very drinkable PA. Smooth carbo, a nice sessionable beer for sure !
