Bit of an apple/quince blend here. Brown 500ml bottle via Press online. Mojito glass at home.

Clear pale gold pour with a tiny bit of protien haze.
Heavy tropical pineapple with a little veg on the nose.
Bittersweet, leaning sweet. Heavy onion, apple skin, sweet vinegar, sweet pineapple, tropical floral quince, lime, big acidic, white wine finish. A bit too much veg/herbal.
Thin, slightly crispy, slightly oily on the back.

Hard to finish (I'm actually drinking this incredibly forced & slow), but okay flavors.

Well-labeled 500ml brown bottle from Press Online. Mojito glass at home.

Mostly clear, softy dusty, pale gold. Quick-hitting soda fizz.
Floral, oily tropical, leaf mulch nose.
Taste is yeasty, onion-y, bittersharp & somewhat spent. Mellow lemon & lots of hay.
Thin body, sharp, acidic & warming earthiness. Too yeasty. Gentle & fading carbonation, a touch greasy.

500ml brown bottle with fancy art from Press online. Mojito glass @home after a long sleep & short chill in the fridge. Half hazy, orange tea-amber pour, weak head. Rose-y, yeasty, sharps, papaya, table wine grapes; fun nose. Creamy, still, fruity Porter & Kingston forward, hot ferment, light but developing wild funk, hibiscus tart, cherry, Dabinett dragging the party down to earth but giving it texture, a popsicle stick & a ride back to the hotel. Oak & soft glue on the floor. This deserves some pet-nat, but we get it flat. Great, but could have been better.

Bottle from Press. Purchased because crab apples are great or because the label is awesome? Mojito glass @home. Purty cherry juice amber, just a little jellied & not exactly clear, but close. Hushed pale pink head in no hurry to dip. Potent earthy agriculture, cherry pumice & barnyard nose. Tart, sour cherry & lime. Cherry pit, big apple skin astringency, some bigger moments of barnyard that air out. Lingering rose water & a clean, seriously crabby-tart popsicle stick finish. Lingering sulfites. Sizzly carb, thin, nice acid, a touch textured, on point abv. Very tasty, but it's kinda farmy & funked up till it settles down.
