12oz can pours a translucent gold. Clumpy white head. Smells like beer. Grain and some yeast, light dough, some sugary sweetness. Flavor is grain and honey. Fairly simple. Lacks some complexity. Drinks well enough.

12oz can pours a translucent honey color with some clumpy white head. Nose is very sweet, malt and honey, fresh cut orange but also dehyrdated grapefruit. Flavor has more fresh grapefruit and pine and soap have arrived. Very sweet though, big malt and honeycomb. Finishes sweet, full. Just OK.

Can @ The Hoptimist, Manhattan. It was meet the brewer day and I was lucky to be there. The pilsner was slightly cloudy light yellow with a small foamy head, faint doughy aroma, high carbonation, mildly bitter malty taste with faint honey like flavor, thin body, medium finish. Not very crisp but still fine.

Log Jammin V: pours gold with white head. Aroma is bready with some grainy touches. Fairly crisp. Needs a little bit of work, but is headed in the right direction.
