[33cl bottle from Beer52.] A straw coloured pour with a ring of white head; grainy aroma; sweet grainy taste with a watery body and a trace of honey, but unfortunately no discernible hops. A poor pilsener.

Bottle from Beer52. Hazy pale amber with a white head. Mellow banana and wholemeal bread with just a waft of spice. Sweetish. No real sign of the supposed dry-hopping; this is like a very laid-back hefe. Though it pains me to pay a compliment to a beer from one of Beer52's fake breweries, this one's actually ok.

[33cl bottle from Beer52.] A cloudy amber pour with a fast fading white head and moderate carbonation; sweet banana and clove aroma; sweet banana taste with a short lived burst of spice; and a sweet finish. Not a great interpretation of the style.

Bottle from Beer 52. A muted aroma of banana unerlaid with hops. Pours a cloudy chrome yellow with a frothy white head. Flavour is sweet with banana, lemon, coriander and a little grapefruit, Has a slightly yeasty texture. A little pepperiness in the finish too. Not the most exciting beer, but reasonable

Short lived beige head left a collar on an unclear light amber coloured still body. Banana, jam & confectionery aroma. Medium bodied, tickly over the tongue with thick sticky back. Banana, Haribos, jam, sweet & clove tastes. Poor.

Friday 19th Feb 2021; Family Beer Festival, three of us sharing a random selection of cans and bottles in my home bar. 330ml bottle; BB15th Dec 2021, came to me via Beer52. Cloudy body, dirty gold in colour, white froth on top. Light wheaty nose with the usual banana and clove esters this style can often give. No where near the best Wheat Ale I have had (not had many to be fair; this is my 59th so far); not the worst either!

[33cl bottle from Beer52.] A cloudy amber pour with a close cream head; typical weisse beer aroma, of banana and clove; quite lively in the mouth with some orangey citrus and a sweetish wheat body; then a sweet banana finish, with the grassiness of the hops adding a little dryness at the very end.

Bottle from Beer 52. Some banana in the aroma, but it’s mainly hops and nuts. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a very transient minimal white head. In the mouth it starts of fruity (oranges, peach) before bitter hops kick in, with alcoholic strength very evident. Some banana and cloves appear after the hops have gone. Finish is sweet and malty. Overall it’s reasonable but a bit strange. I wonder who actually brewed it ?
