330ml can from Beer52: Drank at home on Saturday 25th January 2025. Hazy in nature, milky blonde/straw in colour, white crown. Didn't take to this at all. Fruity for sure, but it just seemed a mess to me.

][33cl can from Beer52, “brewed in the EU”] A hazy pale straw coloured pour with white lacing and a thin white head; light tropical fruit aroma with; stone fruit taste with muted peach and a creamy body; then a dry fruity finish. Unattractive but tasty.

Hazy light straw, white fluffy head A - stone fruit, tropical, sherbert F - stone fruit, hints of tangerine, coconut smoothness soft mouthfeel, not much bitterness I'm not sure if I like the coconut or not. It certainly gives a bit of difference from most IPAs

Pours a near black/dark brown with small beige head. Aroma of dark malts, cereals and stewed veg. A nice mouthfeel to this being medium bodied, slick with a fine carbonation. A nice roastiness in the finish. Its a shame as the vegetation note of the beans is a little unpleasant and overbearing.

Clear pale gold with fluffy white head. Aroma of grains, apricot, light citrus and hop spice. Taste centres on the grains, some corn with grassy light fruit noted hop. Smooth, semi-dry, a touch of menthol in the finish. Decent.

Clear gold with small white top which lasts. Grainy on the nose with quite a sweet lemon sherbet. Very grainy in taste, a touch of grassy hop and fruity sherbet. Light and clean, easy drinking, maybe a bit dull but I could down a few of these no problem.

I'm aware that 'negro' is just the Spanish word for black. My understanding is that English speaking folk took the word and used it to mean people of black African decent which over time could be used in a derogatory/racist fashion so is rarely used in the UK now. With that in mind to have the word 'negro' next to a picture of a black woman with a fig shaped head does, although no doubt meant innocently, look very stupid to me. Equally stupid is to have a beer celebrating the Galician black fig which does not have any fig content. With this in mind I'm knocking a point off for basic stupidity. WTF were they thinking with this one? Notes: Pours black with beige head with small beige top. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, dry ash, slight yeasty note. Taste follows although it is quite light in body so the ash/roast flavours do not overwhelm. Light fruity tang to it but it does lack some depth. Its ok though

Pours a clear light amber, small consistent white head. Big banana aroma with clove and floral notes. Pleasant if standard. Taste of banana, clove, biscuit. Simple but nice. Lacks a fluffy mouthfeel as per the Kristallweizen description, but has a certain smoothness to it. Its ok.
