08.10.2025. pours a clear pale yellow. aroma: citrusy and floral notes, later some candy and belgian yeast. flavour of candy, coriander, orange zest. medium but persistent bitterness.

Clear golden with an off white head.
Nose is herb, straw, grains, faint lemon.
Taste comprises herb, yeast esters, grass, lemon, stale bread.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Passable affair.

In my point of view, it is a decent bock, easy to dry for the beginners. It is malty, bready, touch of honey, some hop, a bit dry, 02.09.2017, drinking it at Prélaz, Lausanne, buying it at intercomestibles Zürich.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato e il caramello. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido appare cristallino e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è arancio. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta sentori di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, cereali, pane tostato, arrostito, luppolo, erba e agrumi.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente ed erbaceo.
