Bottle. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Blend of Cider and Lambic. Apple, wood, funky. Taste: Well balanced mix of Cider and Lambic. Sometimes the apple wins, sometimes the Lambic. Also hints of pear, notes of wood, tannins, some apple peel. Subtle rural funk. In some way interesting, in another way missing focus and a bit dull. Both Cider and Lambic are present, but neither of them impresses. Moderate tartness. Light bitterness.
