750ml wired cork bottle. Orangey gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fleshy apple, some apple core, woody. Taste is tangy apple, fleshy, apple core, green apple, alittle tartness, caramel hints, along with slight funk and tannin. Medium bodied, soft spritzy carbonation, semi-dry mellow apple finish. Quite drinkable.
