From bottle at Maakun’s. Sweet apples, soft pear smoothie, woody. Nicely balanced. Sweet and mushy, some dank moldy cellar note in the distance. Moderate sweet and bitter, soft unfiltered juice feel. Medium body and soft carbonation. Juicy mouthfeel and body with a dry finish.

Bottle shared at home. Clear golden with short lasting fizzy white head. Dank funk, farmyard notes, sweet apple, pear jelly, hay, dry old wood, quince, flowery pear, light caramel. Nice mix between fruits, farmhouse notes and some more out there flowers and quince. Almost medium sweet, light tart and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation, medium dry.

Bottle shared, bought at the farm. Clear deep golden with lively bubbles. Sweet apple juice and peel, dank farmhouse funk, soft caramel and apple pie, dry dead leaves, bark, quite earthy funky apple peel. Medium sweet, light tart and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Not too sweet for a Doux. Nice cider!

Bottle shared at pancake party at home. Clear golden with small bubbles. Thick farmyard character, dry cellar funk, light sweet apple juice, hay, green apple, woody, earthy. Quite some woody and earthy farmhouse funk. Under medium sweet and bitter, light tart. Medium bodied, very dry.
