8 oz draft. Aroma is huge coffee. A little bit earthy mixed with some roast. Flavor follows. Almost a Mexican coffee bean-like. Great body and texture.

8 oz. Draft. Aroma is mild roasted malt and a good amount of coconut. The flavor is bursting with coconut. Roasted malt back bone. Really great amount of roast and coconut for the gravity. 8.1

Half pour draught, as pictured, at the brewery 11/8/25.
Roast is fairly evident though not overdone/overpowering. Bourbon comes quickly to the rescue, followed by some dark fruit and milk chocolate notes. No alcohol. Lots of fresh yeast, mild oak and lingering, but mild bourbon.
Soft, malty, highly attenuated, with more of an older school RIS feel to it, though it isn't over-roasted and it's not full of PNW hops. Just doesn't have the chewy fudge of the contemporary style, which is fine, of course. Bourbon is present but doesn't really shine. Kind of have to strain to enjoy the bourbon aspect. But a well-made offering, for sure.

Brewery draught, as pictured, 11/8/25.
Kind of a weird one! Is it an amber ale? An APA? An NEPA? It has elements of all those, showing toast and bread and caramel from the amber, sourdough and PNW/wet hopping of an APA and a soft, very low bitterness, fruity character of an NEPA. Unfortunately, I found it just a bit too sweet and mushy. Too much peachy-sweet, caramel-laden fruit and malt character with extremely low bitterness. Kind of takes the worst elements of all three styles and combines them. Couldn't finish a 12oz (didn't realize they had half pours before I ordered it).

Growler filled by Airforcehops on 9/13/25, drunk 9/20/25.
Lightly cloudy bronze with a small, white head.
Fresh, spicy hop with rich wheat and not crude esters and phenols. Not even clued in to this being a Weizen at first.
Rich and fresh hopped with spicy notes and gently vegetal fresh herbs. Low, easygoing phenols. Rich body with good attenuation. This is rich and balanced for its size.

Growler pour shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! at OT Camp tasting. Hazy light brown-dark yellow with cap of head, no lacing. Aroma is strong bubblegum, grass, herb, mild banana and clove. Mild arm pit. Taste is strong bubblegum, banana, milder clove. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, crisp, dry finish as taste. Great complexity, especially in aroma.

8 ounce draft. Aroma is a soft passionfruit with some mild white grape. The Super Sauvin is pretty strong here gives a good amount of white grape character. It’s more passionfruit than mango. Light mango. Lots of fruit. Real nice!
