Growler shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! Cloudy, dark yellow, thin head with fair retention and light lacing. Aroma is florals with more powerful cooking/lightly musky/cannabis herb. Taste is citrus, mild pineapple rind along with herb, late white bread. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Well made but not loving strong herb.

8 oz draft. Aroma is a strong characteristic of peach, pineapple, mango-ish. Flavor carries the same hops as the aroma. The most impressive thing is it drinks way lower then the 8.8%. No alcohol found anywhere. Bold juice character with very subtle bitterness in the finish. Very tasty and well crafted.

8 ounce draft at the brewery. Pours a deep murky brown with fast dying mocha colored head. Flavor follows with the most subtle amount of maple underneath all of the malt character. The maple never becomes overly sweet or overwhelming . Medium bodied with a soft maple finish. Exceptionally well done! Absolutely delicious!

8 oz draft. Deep hazy Amber that is almost brown in color. Flavor and aroma are a match. Soft earthy malt, mild hints of nuts in a very mild hint of a honey-ish character. Light body with a dry texture. Pretty much what you expect in the style.

8 oz draft. Pours a deep black with a small beige head. Aroma of dry roasted malt and bitter cocoa. Flavor is moderate toasted malt, bitter cocoa and ash. Medium bodied with a stern bitter finish. Such a stern earthy bitterness that almost rise the line of a black IPA.

750mL growler filled...drum roll.....11/08/25, drunk 2/23/26. Well, due to circumstances beyond my control, I was not able to share this at a tasting with my group, and then I sort of just let it sit in my fridge, not knowing if I should try to hold it for another (I shouldn't have). Anyways, cutting my losses and drinking it now, for better or for worse.
Well it certainly doesn't smell old/oxidized or like the hops have departed significantly. Really lovely mix of soft, succulent malt and gentle breadiness with an almost juicy pear-like hop character. Slight floral notes, a bit of candied orange, slight acidity but no resin or overboiling. Clean, lightly fruity yeast. Very polished stuff.
Very rich and malty, as their beers seem to be. Really cool juicy pear character that you don't really find in IPAs. Fruity yeast and soft, fluffy, succulent malts showing gently toasted bread and honey. Light bitterness; I could see a fresher version allowing for a bit more to balance better, but then, perhaps this has cleaned up and attenuated some, with its age. Rich and satisfying with a lot of flavor. Quite unique.
