On tap at Lost Cause, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma has lots of floral honey and some sparkling seltzery notes. Flavour has plenty of seltzery, sparkling notes, floral honey, and gentle sweetness. Simple but has some great honey expression. Good.

On tap at Lost Cause, pours a clear bright pinkish red, no head. Aroma has divine raspberry, yuzu, and floral honey in wonderful cohesion, especially for a session. Flavour is complex, with big yuzu, raspberries, floral honey, and soft treacly honey. For a 6% session mead, this is astoundingly complex. Wonderful incorporation of raspberries and yuzu. Damn excellent.

Bottle pour, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma has a very floral character to the honey, with passionfruit, orange, and wildflower notes. Flavour is rich, with acidic passionfruit, spicy peppers galore, and rich honey. This all works very well together. Complex, elegant and unorthodox.

Smells pretty bad, like a cough medicine with a booze, glue, woody notes. Taste is along the same lines, quite bitter and very sweet as well. NOT very nicely done and NOT balanced.

Sweet, bold, fruity. Taste is very sweet, with nice body, some spices, bananas, and carrot. Pretty complex and nicely integrated.

Some old herbs, tart cherries, bold, some sweetness. Taste is along the same lines. Moderately to high sweet and tart. Pretty good.

Smells like manure, very earthy, some tobacco notes, oxidized. Very weird. Taste is along the same lines, bold, sweet, and... "shitty", sorry :-( Not a fan of this one (and 2023 was not good either), unfortunately.
