La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi e spezie.

Backlog June 2009. Dim reddish brown body under a dense off-white head. Aroma is mild caramel malt and slightly fruity. Taste is sweet caramel malt, medium bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. A tad below average dubbel.
