Hazy pale yellow with a big, foamy, white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of clove, wheat, baker's yeast, white bread, faint banana, apple. It tastes medium wheaty sour, yeasty, and light spicy bitter, bit bready, note of apple in the back. Dryish, also rather short, wheaty finish, faintly spicy hoppy. Light body, soapy texture, fizzy carbonation. Not my glass of beer.

Creamy off white head stayed on a murky reddish orange body. Minimal aroma of orange & malt. Medium bodied, very soft on the palate and a clean finish. Fresh tastes of orange, zest, citrus & berries

Tap at Grote Markt festival. Bit hazy pale straw with huge white head. Dry wheat, soft flowers, dry honey, old bread, light hay, weird yeasty, white grapes. Light sweet and bitter. Light bodied. Huh, pretty weird.

Grote Markt Summer Beer 2018. Hazy pale yellow with white head. Smells of flint stones and moldy funk. Wheat, sweet malts, very dry grass. Light sweet, moderate bitter. Sampled @ Tilburg Bierfestival 2018. Unclear very pale yellow color, full sized white head. Aroma is malts, wheat and grainy. Hmm not very "berliner Weisse" at all. Taste wheat, slightly (Dutch) "ziltig" indeed as they say. Very nice. Not a berliner Weisse at all but very pleasant. Nice.

bleek geel/gouden met witte kraag. Aroma van tarwe, citrus, mout. Smaken zijn, glad, smooth, mout, graan, er zit idd iets ziltigs in en ik vind het best ok, het brengt iig wat extra's aan het bier, samen met het wat romige mondgevoel is het allemaal best ok, lichte citrus ook, iets kruidigs. medium body,
