Aroma had lemon, yeast, coriander and light bread. Over the palate came yeast, coriander, pale malt and citrus. Light sour.

Hazy yellow. Aroma is coriander and lacto a little farty kombucha notes as well and a lot of refreshing lime. Taste is sour fresh lime with yeasty base. A lot of fizzy carbonation. Somewhat sweet malt with lots of sour fizzyness. Very refreshing. Salt is almost not perceivable. I like.

Hazy/cloudy golden. Aroma is spelt grain bread dough and fresh baguette. Even fruity notes. Taste is quite sweet toast with a little herbal hop bitterness and grainy body. Finish is more hops. Lacks a little character but not bad.

Black. Aroma is light mushroom much dark melasses and roast and brown sugar. Taste is full bodied flat bready light sour and more melasses. Quite well balanced. The sourness tastes like some lacto bacteria came visiting from the gose. But it fits well and is quite tasty.

Received with thanks from Erzengal in a trade. Very tight brilliant white head stayed on a highly carbonated, hazy golden body. Minimal aroma of saline, coriander & seaweed. Medium bodied, gassy, clean & dry. Salty tasting with, coriander, grass, grain, lemon & flora. One of the best Gose I've had. Prost!
