We’re super excited to announce the launch of NOLIA, a new alcohol-free brewing project with a single mission: creating an AF beer that looks, smells and tastes like a top-tier IPA.
We’re releasing NOLIA as a separate brand for a couple of reasons. First, Beak’s primary focus is, and always will be, the production of world-class beer containing alcohol because, for the majority of our customers, it’s an ingredient that not only augments social experiences but also generates the kind of magical, ethereal flavours only found in higher ABV IPAs and DIPAs. We don’t want to dilute this message.
Secondly, by setting up NOLIA as a separate offering, we hope to clearly communicate a different mission: creating the UK’s best premium AF IPA. And though there will undoubtedly be a lot of crossover between our two demographics, we hope to be able to reach new audiences that have traditionally felt disconnected from the craft beer scene – people for whom the motto “Less = More” resonates.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 14/01/2026.
Murky orange topped with a lasting just off white head.
Nose is ripe tropicana, hint of stone fruit, mango flesh, papaya, pine needle.
Taste comprises ripe citric flesh, pine resin, papaya, mandarin, guava.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Solid kit ... you'll struggle to find many better AF beers than this one!

A pleasure to drink. Fruity, well balanced and not too thin for a non alcoholic. If it wasn’t so expensive I’d drink it often.

Uklar gul med hvitt skum. Lukter fersken og sitrus. Smaker av søte, lyse stenfrukter. Sitrus i avslutningen.

Draft st the Lewes brewery. Poured a hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, fresh hops. The flavour is light bitter, with a fresh, green, grassy, herbal, light floral aromatic, light hop bitter palate. Light bodied with average to soft carbonation. No alcohol but plenty going on. Lacks bitterness though and I’m not sure it’s one for a session.

440ml can. Hazy yellow, white head. Aroma of peach and apricot, zesty citrus. Taste of sweet peaches and apricots, grapefruit, lime zest, tropical fruits. Decent body, doesn't feel too thin. Maybe wants a tad more bitterness but really it's another belter of an AF beer. Enjoyed this a lot.
