Clear medium to deep amber colour, average frothy off-white head, half-way lasting, fair lacing. Aroma sweet malts, caramel, bit toasted, light dried dark fruit. Taste medium medium sweet and light bitter, malty, fruity, bready and peppery notes. Malty sweetbitter aftertaste, husky notes, medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, a rather decent Vienna.

Tap at Mad for Beer in Rome-Italy. Bright golden pour, slightly hazy. The foam is white and creamy, pretty tick. Nose: strong malty crumb, very prominent. Sweet grains, hay. Mouth: sweet, alcohol, honey with a sharp bitter/dry finish.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata intensa, limpida, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Complimenti!
