I forget the place where I have bought this beer. Opening this bottle on Thursday during the meal and it was really an enjoyable surprise for a style that it is not my favourite. A smooth and smocked beer, subtle and well balanced with aromas of nuts, 25.09.21, at Prélaz.

Tap at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours blonde, transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is intensely malty and caramel, biscuity in particular, with also honey. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Nice and smooth. Taste is moderately sweet. Final is actually fairly dry, but leaving some sweetish sensations.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'affumicato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare nuvoloso. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi e affumicato.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, agrumi, pompelmo e ananas.

On tap at Taverna Ai Mastri d'Arme. Clear golden with medium white head. Nice grassy, dank aroma. Herbal. Bit dusty, just a hint of sweetness. Good stuff.
