A hazed purple cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light black currant, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart apple, light ground cherry, light Brett, very nice. Bottle at Festival des Bières de Laval 2025.
