Description
Hello and welcome to my passion and project to build a nano-brewery in the Surrey countryside. The mission is to make beers that are inspired by craft beer from around the world, particularly breweries from my time living in Canada.

Can ordered from the brewery. Opaque chestnut brown. Thick foamy light beige head. Aroma has roasted malts. Hints of spice. Feint underlying berries low key maple syrupsweetnes.. Combines or maybe plays-off sour berries with coffee. Vestigial sour milk. Develops sweet caramel into the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick to oily. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Decent and certainly superior to the other beers I've had from this new local brewery.

Can on the 1242 Godalming - Petersfield, thanks to The Bearded Avenger, South Coast Jolly Boys Day Out 20/09/2025.
Almost clear golden orange topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is lemon, straw, grains, chemical esters.
Taste comprises hedgerow, modest citric zest, astringent bitterness.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Not great, off notes, had much better homebrew.

Can ordered from the brewery. Hazy-opaque amber-gold. Foamy white head develops a large bald spot. Aroma is fruity sweet with a resinous edge. Flavourwise it has stone fruit with some citrus. Bitter edgevto a wave of sweetness. Marred by a soapy element. Resinous into the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Muted NEIPA. Doesn't quite work.

Can ordered from the brewery. Lost my initial rating so am paraphrasing myself. It looks the part - clear amber with a fluffy foamy off-white head. And the aroma has dough ane caramel with a grainy edge. However it tastes pretty industrial. The initial sournedged citrus and grains plus.spice devolop a saccharine sweetness and a metallic edge. The underlying malts provide dough but it's watery rather than chewy. Thing. Light. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Fails to fire in all cylinders.
