Bottle thanks to Craig. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong coconut, roast, vanilla, oak. Thick body, chewy roast, coconut, dark chocolate, vanilla, nice sweetness, boozy, very nice.

Bottle at WTF 4. Pours a cloudy pink with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is funk, oak, berry, grape. Thin body, berry, grape, oak, nice tartness, light dryness, very good.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy copper with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is currants, oak, wine, grape. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, acidic but not overpowering, nice tartness, very good.

Bottle. Pours hazy copper, small beige head that quickly dissipates to nothing. Aroma is acetone, oak tannin, vinous. Flavor is pretty tart, acetone, vinegar, red wine, light funk. Medium body, minimal carbonation.

375ml bottle @ Finissons ces pétroles tasting, merci Pierre. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme au nez fruité blanc, avec un rappel assez typique de brett virant vers un léger barriqué vin blanc. Palais est malté fin, stone fruit, levure champennoise et brett? aspect rappelant un Cahrdonnay, sec sur la fin avec un léger adoucissement. Correcte masi rappelant tellement de versions similaires.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark, translucent, ruby color, with a small ring of beige bubbles. The nose is intense lemon, grape must, and figs, with some notes of cloves, balsamic vinegar, and molasses. Very sour, cut just a little by some sugary sweetness and a bit of tannic bitterness. Medium body, very acidic, and creamy and smooth. This beer is fantastic! Aggressively sour, but not unpleasant, and it gets smoother and more complex as it warms. Strong vinous nose, but not over done. Very nice!
