500ml bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear yellow with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, mellow, sweetish, biscuity malt, toasty grains, weak lemony citrus and leafy malts. The taste is crisp, dry upfront, zingy, lemon peel, lime, toasty grains, grassy, leafy, slightly soapy and fragrant florals with a drying finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. A touch soapy perhaps. It's ok, but the weakest of the bunch.

Bottle from Hop Shop Aberdeen. It pours clear deep reddish - amber with a decent off white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, sappy, resin, wood, toffee, blood orange, marmalade and brown bread. The taste is dry upfront, bitter - sweet character, sappy wood, resin, leather, pithy, zesty, orange marmalade, leafy, slightly dusty, brown bread and a touch of tannin with a drying, zesty finale. Average body and moderate carbonation. A decent red by all accounts.

500ml bottle from Hop Shop Aberdeen. It pours hazy golden with a handsome white head. The aroma is bright, fresh, tropical fruit juice, pineapple in particular, mango, nectarine and fruit salad. The taste is dry upfront, touch green/weedy, light herbal bitterness, smooth malts, floury bread, tropical fruits and citrus and pithy rind with a dry finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. I am usually apprehensive about a new regional brewery's attempt at a hazy pale, but this one is decent, the aroma is particular.
