Bottle: Hazy, pale golden coloured, mid-sized rocky head, sticking to the glass; sweet (pale-)malty nose with a distinctive aromatic, almost herbal hoppiness with a fruity, yeasty tinge; mild-bitter-sweet flavour; a fruity tinge (lemon) in the soft , lingering bitter finish. Not the worst Kellerbier; quite pleasant and tasty.............................

A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of straw combined with citrus notes. The flavor is pretty much like the aroma. It is a very refreshing beer - I bet this would be good on a warm summer day.

(bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a short foamy white head. Sweet and grainy nose with a papery touch. Sweet grainy and strawy initial taste, medium dry, low-bitter finish. Not very convincing beer, as many brews of the Engelbräu collection.
