12 ounce can. Hazy orange brown color.nlarge rocky beige head. Spicy toasted malt nose hints at ginger and orange peel. Bittersweet toasted malt flavor has spicy fruity notes. Ginger, orange marmalade and pine needles. Peppery in middle. Long bitter hop finish.

12oz can pours a clear, dark orange with some frothy, white head. Nose is ginger and malt. Flavor is the same. Very simple.

16oz can, no date. A bit of a gusher coming out of the can. Definitely a lot more than normal head when I pour into a keg-shaped glass. That head eventually fades into nothing. This tells me that all those spices messed up head retention and maybe made it overcarbonated? Either way, a dark amber color, weird again. Generic belgian aroma with sweetness and dough but only moderate esters. Its all sweet tea sort of. Flavor is similar with lots of generic autumnal spices coming through. Despite its flaws I kind of keep drinking it because everything mixes well enough that I am not disturbed as I drink. I wouldn't recommend but I am finished all 16oz.

Draught pour at Powder Keg Beer & Chili Festival. Appearance is nice clear, golden yellow with no sparkle, little bit of off-white head, good retention. Aroma is vegetal. Taste is strong early herb and pine, second half is more bready and makes you realize malt backbone was present throughout. Dank. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, average carbonation and dry, more bitter than malty finish. Overall, decently balanced--not as hop-forward as advertised, and didn't get the fruit and citrus aspect. Score more for balance than strong hop flavor/aroma.

Tap at Pizza Paradiso Georgetown, pours a translucent brown, ring of white head. Lemon nose, soap, soggy bread, black tea. Flavor has black tea, some caramel, a lot of dried citrus rind. Pithy, bitter finish.

16 ounce can. Hazy amber orange color. Large frothy beige head. Fragrant citrus malt aroma. Sharp bitter hops are right in your face. Some citrus flavor, but the hops are all consuming.

4 oz draft sample. Like this brewery overall, hate lactose/ Milkshake IPA’s. Hope profile shows a good amount of grassy/ pine like hops. Medium bitterness. The lactose doesn’t make it overly sweet or sugary. So, it is drinkable.
