16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy medium gold color. Large frothy white head. Citrus and coconut nose. Sweet cream malt flavor upfront lends toward pineapple and coconut as advertised. Slight chalky notes in middle. Tropical fruit throughout. Different.

16 oz. can purchased at Greg & Jane's. Flavor is mild coriander, wheat, citrus peel. Bitterness is moderate with some of the yeast showing. Yeah, the Brewer hit the hybrid style. It is alright.

Can. Nutty chocolate malt, lactic acid, and hay aroma. Dark brown with moderate tan head. Lightly sweet nutty chocolate malt, and moderately bitter dry hay/lemon peel flavor. Good body. Pleasant - a drier brown ale.

On tap at Cask Republic - New Haven, pours a clear dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toffee, English bready malt and some dark dried fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with dried dark fruits, caramel and toffee. Wonderful designed, with a rather tempered sweetness. This is lovely.

Helping the Beast and he repays me by spilling half the beer in the lawn. Really good beer though! Especially on this great evening.
