No date coding any place. Pitch black appearance. Flavor of chocolate, dark fruit, has a creamy texture. The booze is mostly hidden. Good roasted body. A well made, classic imperial stout.

No date coding any place. Hazy deep golden color. In my half a dozen brews with cashmere hops, it always gives me a mint or perfume note. The perfume is low in the flavor but odd for sure. Citrus and star anise. Lighter body. The cashmere is an odd duck.

Can: Lightly hazy, yellow-gold with a tall, off-white head. Lemon, barley aroma. Taste is sweet barley malt, lemon.... Followed by a steady pils bitter....lemon-peel and grass. Creamy. Very nice.

Can from the sharing table at the meeting last night, thanks to whomever brought it. Deep amber with a creamy off white head that persists. Rich bready light caramel malt and then too many spices.

Can: Dark brown with a large beige head. Cola, nuts, chocolate aroma. Slightly lactic, chocolate malt, nut flavour…. A fair amount of earthy bittering....dry.... Very enjoyable.

12oz can pours a clear, dark orange with some frothy, white head. Nose is ginger and malt. Flavor is the same. Very simple.

16oz can, no date. A bit of a gusher coming out of the can. Definitely a lot more than normal head when I pour into a keg-shaped glass. That head eventually fades into nothing. This tells me that all those spices messed up head retention and maybe made it overcarbonated? Either way, a dark amber color, weird again. Generic belgian aroma with sweetness and dough but only moderate esters. Its all sweet tea sort of. Flavor is similar with lots of generic autumnal spices coming through. Despite its flaws I kind of keep drinking it because everything mixes well enough that I am not disturbed as I drink. I wouldn't recommend but I am finished all 16oz.
