Pours black into a tulip. Mocha head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Chocolate covered cherry and fig aromas. Thick with hot soy, licorice and chocolate covered cherry front to back. Warm, lasting chalky chocolate finish.

Wow, that is shocking. An almost all Brett nose. Was not expecting that. Juicy apple with a bit of vanilla and dry skin character exhibiting good acidity.
Dry and lightly funky with not quite as much Brett as the nose, leaving room for tart and lightly juicy apple. Just a bit dull at points; some particulate in suspension contributing to that perhaps. But this is shockingly good and unexpected. Nice acidity lingering.

A bit buttery. Toasted bread with a bit of pepper but no actual hop of which to speak.
Buttered toast! Where is the hop? Just a bit of pepper. But it's not too thin, thank God. Caramel and tons of bread with a dry, peppery finish. Has its issues but in the world of NAs this is pretty nice.

Very bready, nutty, with softer, rounder, lively red fruit on the end. No alcohol, good acidity.
Very nutty. Sweet, long, rich malts tapering off with great acidity and bits of chocolate, toast, roast. Rich texture is satisfying. They got a ton of interesting flavor here but the best part is the accompanying acidity to balance.

Bit caramelly, sweet, grapefruit-forward. Very fruity with lots of malt. Maybe a bit more malt than I want an IPA to have.
Very flat, unexpressive flavors with fuzzy, soft, timid, peachy hops and a rind-like bitterness. Basic white bread malt character is uninspired at best.

Grainy malt, some apple, touch of honey. Not much hop.
Very apple-forward with low hop character. Decent texture, though, not thin or too sweet. I don't hate the yeast expression but I don't love it. Just too much cider character. And a little hop character wouldn't kill them.

Can get some yeast through the low hopping. Not sweet. Some grainy character. Clean.
Very light, peachy, super low bitterness. Needs more, actually, despite being dry. A bit bland on the malt character. Papery, dull. No rich, deep honey. But clean, at least.

Pours hazy gold into a willi. Bright white head good retention recedes to coat surface. Sourdough aromas. Sweet with straw and hay upfront turning to sourdough before the lasting sour summer fruit finish. Becomes cloying as it warms.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a shaker. Bright white head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Citrus and biscuit aromas. Crisp with sweet bread and hay upfront turning to hot lemon in the medium length finish.
