Reviewed from notes.
Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: glossy yellow color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: grassy & earthy hops up front with some caramel/toffee malts and light cracker/bready tones in there too
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fair malty to earthy vibe; finishes slightly cracker-like with a dash of soapiness and earthy
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, good smoothness along the tongue
Overall: for the most part, I do believe this would be a good English bitter to possibly return to. Pass the fish n' chips, please!

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: burnt yellow to almost yellow haziness with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some clingy lace
Aroma: grapefruity and orangey bittersweet pulpy hop vibes with a clean malt base
Flavor: bittersweet juiciness through the prior noted aromas; juicy orange & some hop spice in the finish
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, smooth on the tongue, nice low carb, very low bitterness
Overall: nicely done NEIPA well worthy of returning to.

Can (25pkg226 so 8/14/25?) from CBC Westford. Lightly hazy, maple-syrup brown with nice sparkle, ample head with good retention and trace, splotchy lacing. Aroma is toasted caramel malt. Taste is strong toasted caramel malt/brown bread, subtle dark fruit as it warms. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Completely agree this is preferable to a lackluster pale Lager of same ABV. Good for style!

Can with a code on the bottom, but no date as far as I can tell, drunk 11/23/25, as pictured.
Really nice yeast signature in the nose. Seems very authentic, with good minerality, light salinity, light cellar, light funk. I think the funk is more a rustic hop character. There's baguette, malty yet seemingly nicely attenuated behind it. Very clean and well-presented.
Similar in the flavor, though with a bit stronger hop presence that also contributes a bit of lemon that the nose lacks. Bitterness is pretty high, though not problematic. Excellent malt texture and attenuation with an authentic yeast character. Really impressive. If the beers contracted out of Berkshire Brewing are this good, then maybe it's time to revisit Berkshire Brewing's beers??

Undated can from the warm shelf, drunk 11/20/25, as pictured.
Lightly fruity, lightly-to-moderately toasty with light chocolate accents and a bit of caramel and bread.
Lightly malty but very attenuated exposing a bit more bread, toast and scratchy malt than I'd like. There's still some softer malt elements adding caramel and light honey, and the fruity yeast is helpful, but still just a bit too dry and toasty overall.

Undated can drunk 8/8/25.
Clear blonde-brass-golden. Large, off-white head, steadily to clumpy cover.
Very round, rich, deep, herbaceous nose with dainty, honey-like malt to balance it. Clean and with not too much bread. Big mineral and a snappy finish.
Rich and hoppy in the mouth with floral and herbal accents and a light, honey-like maltiness. Lingering peppery bitterness and a rather watery palate, probably forced carbonation, though not quite as much malt depth as I'd like, either. That said, the flavors are phenomenal. Clean, crisp, clear, deep. Good dryness on the finish. Given how well these last two lagers brewed at Berkshire Brewing came out, I may have to try some more BBCo beers soon (not that I ever soured on them, just lost interest due to lack of innovation on their part).

Can with some code, but not a date, drunk 8/5/25.
Clear, bright, brass-golden with a fluffy, white head.
Nice snappy, bright nose with biscuity malts and light bread and honey accents. Deep, peppery hoppiness with light fresh herb. Clean.
Earth, plaster, mineral and such from yeast. Maybe a bit heavy in the earthy/musty department, but otherwise malty and attenuated with ample, but not overdone hopping.

Pours slightly hazed deep gold into an English pint. White head with little retention crackles and recedes to mottle surface. Caramel and apple aromas. Soft with bitter roots, caramel and plastic front to back. Lasting hot plastic finish.
